Hidden Lake
West Hills is a neighborhood in the western San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. It is bordered by the Santa Susanna mountain range to the north, Chatsworth to the east, and Woodland Hills to the south.
West Hills was formerly home to the Tongva-Fernandeno and Chumash-Venturano tribes, and during the early Spanish and Mexican era was part of the Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana. In the American era, West Hills was part of Owensmouth which was renamed Canoga Parkin 1930. This area, in western Canoga Park, was named West Hills in 1987.
Several city parks sit within the community and the area is highly residential. Two high schools of note are El Camino Real and Chaminade.

Hidden Lake is managed by the Oak Lake Association which has many services that can be requested online, including renting the clubhouse, sending notes to the Board of Directors, and requesting decals for your cars. - Clubhouse Reservation System: The clubhouse at Hidden Lake is available for rental all year long. Use it for parties, graduation, or just to hang out with friends.
- Vehicle RFID Application: RFID tags are used for entrance to our front gate. Each vehicle is required to have them for automatic entry.
- Hidden Lake Library: Read the latest Board meeting minutes. Need to download the CC&Rs, the Bylaws, or the community rules, check the library out.

Susan graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Business Administration - emphasis Marketing. Her first job in the advertising industry was working for Jerry Della Femina - famous for marketing difficult products. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she spent the rest of her marketing career working as a sales director for media companies such as Viacom (MTV Networks, Nickelodeon, Paramount and CBS), Time, Inc. (People, Sunset, Fortune, etc.), The Los Angeles Times and Harvard Business Review. Her negotiating skills are top notch and she has an innate understanding of how to price.
The move from Phoenix to Los Angeles felt temporary until she reared her children in the city. She is now a true Angeleno and has found joy in becoming an advocate for her Carthay community and volunteering at local non-profits.
As an experienced real estate investor, Susan has bought and sold multiple residences for herself and has a great understanding of what it is like for a person to either buy or sell a house
